Before booking

These policies help keep party planning simple and make setup, supervision, and event-day logistics easier for everyone.

Booking & Deposits

  • Reserve your date early for birthdays and weekend events to secure your preferred setup and timing.
  • We use a deposit to hold the installation or craft party package once final pricing is approved.
  • Final guest count, setup timing, and theme details should be confirmed before the event week.

Setup & Safety

  • Adult supervision is required during soft play and rental use at all times.
  • We install equipment on a clean, level area with enough space for safe movement around the setup.
  • Shoes, food, and sharp objects should stay away from soft play areas and craft stations.

Weather & Care

  • We may need to adjust outdoor bookings for rain, heavy wind, or unsafe temperatures.
  • Families are responsible for treating rented equipment and craft materials with reasonable care during the event.
  • Damage beyond normal party wear may lead to repair or replacement charges.
